The last patch is correct. But, for some reason, the file that was
removed is not removed when this patch is applied. So,
plugins/collab/ax_boost_base.m4 is kept as an empty file. (blame svn
for this)
In autogen-common.sh, all m4 files that are in plugins/<plugin_name>/
and aren't a plugins.m4 will be linked in root tree of the project.
So, the result is a empty file, linked, that overwrite original
ax_boost_base.m4. :-(

Please, to avoid this problem, be explicit to do a svn rm
plugins/collab/ax_boost_base.m4 after apply my patch.
