Newly revised Dutch translation of Abiword 2.9 (development)

Hello,

I noticed that the Dutch translation of Abiword 2.9 (development) was
still not at 100 % after the last revision.

So I've done another revision, which is attached to this e-mail. I
trust that the goal of 100 % is achieved now. :-)
