MSVC project is very broken

Hi,
I did the following:
svnup
svn revert . -R
For AbiWord itself and 2008 msvcbranch.
Then I rebuilt the solution, debug configuration. There are 192 errors,
probably all unresolved externals in LibAbiWord project.
I did this because I wanted to be in-sync with AbiWord trunk. It would
be really nice if the MSVC project maintainer fixed this :-).
I once was able to compile this after some fixes I cannot remember now,
probably it was about adding some files. My bad. But the MSVC project in
current state is useless.
