I think the solution for this bug would be to pop up the HTML Export
Options dialog, only when the file is saved for the first time. It is
highly unlikely that the user is going to change his/her HTML
Preferences after the first save. Even if he wants to, he can do it
with the "Save As" option. I have attached a diff of the old and new
ie_exp_HTML.cpp and the new version of the file itself.
