Modifications to the page drawing code

I made a commit to the SVN repository (rev. 33062) which speeds up the
function FV_View::getPageScreenOffsets. This function is used
extensively during the execution of the draw calls and the old
function was slowing Abiword down when editing a big document. Let me
know if you see anything strange that could be caused by this commit.
