Most are GtkTable uses that should be replaced by GtkGrid, which is
quite easy to do (but somewhat boring).
The few others are about deprecation of gtk_tree_view_set_rules_hint()
which we should just not use anymore (it probably interfered with
themes).
I'll do these as soon as possible, but it would be fine if somebody
else could check the dialogs, I don't use collab myself, and there
might be some widget size issues (which might depend upon the gtk+
version).
