Yes, I noticed that on the Alpha here, and I've never looked into it.
In fact, I never even hit the backtrace, but it really is what I expected.
:) I was sure that the circular layout was stuffing some very high precision
value (some permutation of the radius of the circle) into something that
couldn't hold it. :)

This should be easy to fix, is it added to the bug database
(www.abisource.com/bugzilla)? I would encourage people to use Bugzilla
so as to deny Bob the pleasure of attaching his names to the slew of fixups we're
assigned every day. :)
