... is out. Highlights since 0.1.4 include:

1. The XP application framework is coming along nicely. The interface now
supports multiple documents, and even allows simultaneous editing of the
same document in multiple windows. Menus should now be disabled / checked /
populated accordingly. Watch out for those warning dialogs, though. :-)

2. Interactive character formatting is getting much better. The new font
selection dialogs are up and running, and you can now toggle various font
properties on and off -- either via the dialog, menus, or keyboard
shortcuts.

3. Printing is now well underway. The easy work for Win32 printing has
been done, thanks to the common dialog. We're starting to see printouts
using multiple fonts on the Postscript side, but until we get up a GTK print
dialog -- anyone have any favorites, BTW? -- it just generates a .ps file in
the AbiWord directory for you to lpr.

4. As Eric pointed out in previous messages to the list, we now
conditionally include the NGS JS engine. It doesn't do much yet, but we
plan to use it as a harness for automated testing. For more details, see:

5. We've also simplified the diving make system to do everything in one
pass, rather than three. Autoconf wizards with experience getting
configure, etc. to work using the cygwin tools are encouraged to tinker and
see whether we can simplify this out of existence. :-)

Enjoy!

Paul
