Bug tracking system now officially on line

I am happy to announce AbiWord now has bug tracking available.

Thanks to the good folks at Mozilla, the snowball keeps getting bigger. I
was able to take Bugzilla, and rework it a bit to better suit our needs.
To report a bug, or see the list of current bugs, go to
http://www.abisource.com/bugzilla. The fields are slightly different, so
here is a brief synopsis.

Submitted - Somebody (like you) reported it.
Open - Checked in-house for broadness of scope, accuracy, and uniqueness.
QA to verify - Somebody claims it's fixed, or doesn't need to be fixed.
This still needs independent confirmation.
Closed - AbiSource QA has indeed confirmed the fix is valid, or the reason
for not dong the fix is valid.

The bottom line is that most of the people reading this note will only
submit bugs, though hopefully at some point some of you will take a crack
at moving bugs from Status Open -> Status QA TO VERIFY.

My implementation may still be a bit rough around the edges, and I don't
have the email parts working yet, so please be patient. If you find a
problem, let me know.
