- a test document for footers has been added (footer.abw)
- headers have not been tested at all
- to get a document with a footer or header, you'll have to
hand-edit the XML. I'll fix this as soon as I can.
- once you've loaded such a doc, you can view or print the
header/footer, but you can't edit it at all.
