Two notes:

1. I'm pretty happy with most of these descriptions, but I haven't
user-tested them on my Mom yet, so suggested rephrasings from any usability
experts on the list are welcome.

2. These tables will get used on your next full rebuild of the
src/wp/ap/xp/ subtree. Or just touch the following two files:

src/wp/ap/xp/ap_Menu_LabelSet.cpp
src/wp/ap/xp/ap_Toolbar_LabelSet.cpp
