wv, decompressing wmf files

wmf files are stored compressed in word. This requires libz to
decompress them, and also mmap to use libz (though it is
possible to rewrite so as not to require mmap i believe), so
these two dependancies of libz and mmap are required.

Also some quick looking appears to confirm that the specs available
for mathtype are good enough for someone to be able to convert
embedded equation edit objects into something usable. I assume that
if abiword is going to add its own equation editing ability that it
will probably go with MathML ?
