The standard headers are:
<assert.h>
<ctype.h>
<errno.h>
<float.h>
<limits.h>
<locale.h>
<math.h>
<setjmp.h>
<signal.h>
<stdarg.h>
<stddef.h>
<stdio.h>
<stdlib.h>
<string.h>
<time.h>"
I maintain that it is bug that things like:
#include <malloc.h>
#include <memory.h>
#include <sys/types.h>
are to be found in cross platform code.
Any thoughts?
