What kind of software company are you? Don't you know you are supposed to deny
that a problem exists at all, then finally admit that your next "upgrade" (at
$79) will solve the "minor" glitch next year?
What do you mean by solving a problem in less than a day? This might might make
Microsloth look bad :-)
I'm now using AbiWord for a major contract-writing project and it is working
