commit -- first pass at clipboard stuff

i just checked in a batch of changes for the clipboard.
this is mostly preliminary work -- class factoring and
etc (see the change log on src/wp/ap/xp/ap_Clipboard.h
if you're curious) and a lot of #if 0 stuff.

with these changes, the clipboard doesn't actually work;
[i needed check these in and sync up all platforms before
going ahead with the next round of changes (in the import/
export code to actually handle the copy/paste)]

ps. i have win32 and unix working. i'll get the beos
version in a minute.

pps. a full rebuild is required.
