The code still contains shreds of the CSS2 property list which we have
not implemented. AFAIK, these don't do anything. See the CSS2 spec
for information about what they maybe should do.

Probably not. I think the gutter is the space between columns. This
does not correspond to 'space-after-section'.

I didn't see anything obvious there that maps onto current AbiWord
functionality.
