Problems compiliing - cdump?

I've updated recently and got an error in compiling. The makefile
says there is a dependency on some cdump. Well, I grepped in all
makefiles, and it's true, there is nowhere I can find that will build
this cdump....

I use debian potato, glibc 2.1
gcc version egcs-2.91.63 19990224 (egcs-1.1.2 pre-release-3)
