A patch to abi/src/wp/ap/unix/ap_UnixApp.cpp & ap_UnixFrame.cpp

It is lastest patch for they. It finished about TODO at no.5xx line of
ap_UnixApp.cpp.
It patch the destructor of ap_UnixFrame. And It patch ParseCommandLine
from
"UT_stricmp(" to GNU's getopt_long! I also add a simple MessageBox to
warn user
that AbiWord can't open file! :)
