i've added a bunch of nasty DDE and Registry code to
let us handle win32 file associations; that is, the
user can double-click on a .abw document and the system
will now launch AbiWord (or just send us a message if
we're already running) and we will load the document.

there are a few caveats/TODOs, see bug #376 if you have
problems or are curious.

if you have an existing association (probably via
Windows Explorer) delete it first and things will
work much better (this is one of the problems listed
in #376).

P.S. i've only run this on NT. i don't know what'll
happen on 95 or 98....but that's all part of the fun. NOT.
