1. the page count in the status bar should work now
2. fixed an assert in fp_Column.cpp which I caused
earlier today.
3. changed the export of ABW files to use longer
tag names for three of the tags
4. changed the importer of ABW files to recognize
either the long names or the old short ones
5. reworked the layout engine toward the goal of
getting support for headers and footers. doesn't
work yet.
