Added the Dialog_Options ViewCursorBlink field. I stubbed most of the
functionality for Windows and BeOS. (but again, unable to test)
Added XAP_Frame::getCurrentDoc - needed for ignored words
If there is any other method of getting the documents, let me know.
Changed prefListener and some of the unixOption's callback functions from
non-class functions to static member functions. This fixed the ugly
hack of friend'ness.
Known issues:
When un-ignoring words, need to recheck document.
