Also, I added a character buffer to the Word importer, so it queues up the
individual characters and only appends them to the actual internal
document when a) the buffer is full, or b) something changed (character or
paragraph properties, etc).
This should increase the speed of the importer for large documents by
quite a bit (by reducing the amount of work done in the piece table to
recombine characters into text runs).
