last night i checked in a bunch of win32 code to
do the win32-portion of the dialog preview stuff
and added it to the Zoom dialog, so now all of
Shaw's XP preview drawing Just Works in the Win32
version of the dialog.

i also updated the Zoom dialog to finish linking
all the fields and the various types of win32
change notification messages (what a mess).
