rindex() is used in xap_QNXDlg_FileOpenSaveAs.cpp and index() is used in
xap_UnixFontManager.cpp These are easy to eliminate.

popen() and pclose() are more difficult. They are used in
xap_UnixPSGenerate.cpp, and are POSIX.2 specified. I'm not sure why your
system doesn't like them, or if we need to change them.
