Enclosed is a patch required to compile libwv under MacOS X.

The problem is that there is a name conflict when using a variable that have
the same name as a type. This is due to the specific gcc version that come
with MacOS X DP4.

There should be no side effect applying this patch since it is only variable
name changes.
