Commit: some more work on the word exporter. Now creates all three streams
that MSWord requires, and writes the text output at the normal MSWord offset
(fib->fcMin = sizeof(fib) + 128)
You'll need to make realclean, as I've added the summary wvStream to
ie_exp_MSWord97.h
