Hi everyone,
In response to the problems of James and the abidistfiles
debacle I can created a complete tarball of my current tree and put it up
on my anonymous ftp server. (My linux workstation.) I have a direct 10
Mbit connection to the internet in Australia.
To get it connect to:
ftp://seviorpc.ph.unimelb.edu.au/pub
with your favourite ftp browser (I've verified netscape works)
The file you want is
abi-tarball.tar.gz
I've just verified that that this builds and creates a working executable
as of my most recent commit (last night).
cd to the abi directory and look at the "local_unix" script. Modfiy it
for your needs. This script expects abi-tarball to be placed in
/home/msevior/abidir. The modification required for where you place the
tarball should be obvious.
I'm running redhat 6.2 with helix-gnome updates.
Good Luck. This whole thing Works For Me (TM)
If you don't have access to anonymous ftp I can put it on my web site too.
Cheers
Martin
