There are actual different expressions used by people who use the different
encoding. So, most of the translations are only different in encoding but
some are totally different in wording.
Like the "File" at the menu have different translations in different encoding.
Yes, Big5 is mostly used in Taiwan and HongKong. GB is mostly used in mainland
China and most other places in the world. I mean the places where people use
Chinese. :)
