I've committed the code I mentioned previously, so some images from Word
documents should now import.

Also, to Caolan:
I moved wvHtmlGraphic, HandleBitmap, and HandleMetafile from escher.c to
wvHtml.c. wvHtml.c was the only file using those functions, which were
HTML output specific (well, the last two functions are borderline).
Anyway, they didn't really seem to belong in escher.c, which I needed for
Abi and they brought new lib dependencies. Let me know if I broke
anything.
