I have to add that the menu bar it's almost finished. The images that
you can see at http://www.ie2.u-psud.fr/~cuenca/menubar.html are real
screenshots of the menus that I have in Abiword. The only points
missing are the key shortcuts (Alt-F for file, etc...) and the
_refreshMenu logic, but right now I'm ussing the gnome menu bar items
all the time.

I don't have a valid patch right now because my actual cvs image is a
BIG mess (because of the bonobo support). I expect to have a patch in
two days (approx.).

If you are interested, I can post a mail with the approach that I've
taken with the menubar.
