Unix builds need not include $(ABI_ROOT)/../libiconv/include/iconv.h

In keeping with our other auxillary libraries on Unix platforms,
iconv must be present on your system (in your system library and
include directories) to compile AbiWord. If your Unix doesn't have
iconv, you can fetch it from:

        <http://clisp.cons.org/~haible/packages-libiconv.html>

As the Makefiles stand right now, Unix builds require their libraries
(libpng, zlib, iconv) to work from the system locations. The exception,
at this point, is wv, which does build as a peer. This was done for
a few reasons, the most important of which were that wv was often
changing in sync with AbiWord, and few of Caolan's releases of wv
were capable of being used to build a functional AbiWord.
