This is one thing that made me start working with AbiWord. A program looks realy stupid if it uses Inch and has English menus, when it has the ability to "do the right thing".

Well, no more in Win32.

I had to do "NoNYNORSK" as a special case, so now NYNORSK is in uppercase.
