Considering how little time has been spent on the HTML exporter -- what was

Remember that there are currently three ways to figure out which features
are supported where in AbiWord's file format:
1. http://www.abisource.com/feature_matrix.html
2. abi/docs/AbiWord_DocumentFormat.abw
3. abi/src/wp/impexp/xp/ie_exp_AbiWord_1.cpp
Of these,
#1 shows how complete our support is across the entire product,
#2 has a bunch of useful explanative prose, and
#3 is definitive.
HINT: Take a look at the UCS_LF case in #3. :-)
