A New feature for Lists. You can now change the type of list
Numbered, Lower Case, Upper Case, Bullet of a pre-existing list from the
Lists dialog. It's pretty cool I think :-) It would be even better if
Bullets worked. Keep on that Unicode stuff Bill!
