Maybe you've forgotted to clean your debug build. I've tested your patch (thank
you for test it!), I've added xap_UnixGtkTricks.{c,h} from my old patch, and if
I do "make ABI_OPT_DEBUG=1 abiclean" and "make ABI_OPT_DEBUG=1 install" it
works.
