Hi All,
        I committed some changes to abi/src/text/fmt/xp/fv_view.cpp and
abi/src/text/fmt/xp/fv_view.h to improve the cursor "dirt" problems. This
is not finished yet but I think it is improved. More fixes to follow.
However "goto" is much better.

I believe I can get rid of cursor dirt entirely. We'll see.

Now I'll try to fix the "goto" dialog problem on Windows. This might have
been my fault when I fixed the modelessness problems on Linux.
