Finished an old POW to make accented characters print right. Despite the
simplicity, it took two full time days to figure out. Interestingly, the
accents.abw that Shaw supplied for the POW printed fine on 0.7.9, but I
was able to find several situations that did not render properly in 0.7.9
that now work becuase of my fix.
