Yes, the string id's are:
DLG_Goto_Target_Page
DLG_Goto_Target_Line
DLG_Goto_Target_Picture
Picture is there because there is some provision in the code for jumping
to pictures. It's commented out, but presumably someone intends making it
work at some future time, so may as well allow it to hit the ground
running as far as multilingualness is concerned.

Other dialogs with non-i18n-ised text will need code changes. The changes
are not difficult, generally. It's even remotely possible I'll get around
to doing it myself, but if you're impatient, go for it (I'm being very
careful to avoid a prominent position on Eric's wall).
