I was attempting to check out the latest in the CVS repository (including
Bob's test suite) and got the following error.

cvs server: failed to create lock directory in repository
`/cvsroot/abi/test/wp/suite': Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/cvsroot/abi/test/wp/suite'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

I'm not sure what causes this, but I would suspect it's easy to fix. But
that's just a guess. Hope someone knows.
