Subject: Odd effect of running AbiWord

I have two AbiWord instances up, one in English and one in French, for taking
screenshots. I then opened a web page in kwrite, which is set to 12-point
Courier, and the font looks different than when I'm not running Abiword. What's
worse, the characters are different widths depending on the syntax
highlighting, which they shouldn't be.
