I felt it appropriate to encapsulate this in a class. This way we're free
to express pagesizes in whatever unit is appropriate for the locale we're
using (metric, colonial or one of AbiWords internal units). I also threw
in a couple of predefined pagesizes. :-)
I think these should go into text/fmt/xp.
fp_Page and fl_DocLayout updated accordingly.
Patches are against the 0.7.9 src zip (I gotta get CVS working one of
these days...).
