I've just committed a wack of changes to the QNX/Photon
version to bring it up to date with the other platforms
and to catch up on some other feature additions that
have slipped me by.

Fixes to bring things up to date with the baseline unix/windows
builds:
-> Restore focus to the document after accessing a menu item
-> Support the single/double click symbol insertion
-> Support for printing, and improved speed for font loading and processing
-> Added page/width zooming support when window is re-sized
-> Font speed up binary module
-> Signal handler file dumper to match Unix
You will more than likely need a clean re-build if you are
building it from CVS.
