For the word6.doc file, not only WORD7, it also don't give out
lid easily. If I manually change code_page to wvHandleCodePage in
text.c to BIG5, it will okey fine. buf currently, the returned
lid is 1033(CP1025),we want BIG5, 1028 for that file.
Have to find a way to figure out the correct lid or maybe font
char type.
