Improved GUI to automatically reflect changes in the Delimeter entry in
the preview. Delimeters are now applied at every level of a multi-level
list so it is possible to have a list element like:

1(a), 1(i) etc.

As well as

(1)(b).

I think this is more likely to be what people will want than

(1.a) which is what we have now.
