Install AbiWord. Try to change the UI language to another language (e.g. it-IT),
then restart AbiWord. The UI should now be in another language (Italian). Go to
Tools | Preferences (which would of course be called something completely
different). If this bug isn't fixed, the dialog box is shown in English, not the
localized language (Italian). Actually, *all* dialog boxes and other features
which uses .strings files are shown in Italian.
