Abiword-user has had two emails about this problem. Do any of our Win32
developers run WinNT? Have any of you encountered this problem?

According to a quick search on google, it's the Visual C++ Runtime
Library. My guess is that this is required by the internationalization
work from HJ that has already caused us so much trouble. If it is really
true that 0.7.11 doesn't run on Win32 machine w/o MSVC, then we may need a
bugfix release.
