-indent fixes
-handles \dn and \up (bug 1296) still some caveats: position is ignored
by Abiword and subscript/superscript shrink the char siwe while \dn and
\up does not
-implement NextToken() method (see comments for howto)
-bug 498 no longer crashes (bug in fields triggered by sample file). Bug
498 is NOT fixed
-parsing field result with group is OK (see crash above)
-stubs to handle footers and headers. TODO
-remove #include "wv.h" as it is not needed.
