Subject: patch: status bar menu fix

The status bar checkbox is only checked if "Show Ruler" is off. The code
isn't even correct, really: VIEW_PRINT is not the same type as
m_bShowRuler, and it wouldn't even make sense to only check 'Show Ruler'
if the view mode was print.
