That's great thanks Sam. You might want to add this paragraph at the end (it's
the problem I experienced):
"If you have the Microsoft core TrueType fonts installed do not add the AbiWord
fonts to your font path. This is because the font names are the same. An
ambiguity will arise and other programs may be served the AbiWord fonts instead
of the Microsoft core fonts."
