That would be really weird. I can't find any reference to changes
that might have included that. The change was presumably at
2001-04-19 15:17:43, since that's when you marked it OPEN. However,
there were no changes to any bug descriptions at that time [access to
the db is nice]. So I'm not sure what to say, other than "don't use
MySQL for your credit history".
